Sufiana Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Sufiana, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please contact us at sufianacare@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sufianacare@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
