Sufiana International – Return & Refund Policy

At Sufiana International, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


Return Window

  • 30 Days Return Policy for all eligible orders worldwide

  • 14 Days Return Policy for orders delivered to South Korea

The return period starts from the date the order is delivered.


Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

  • Return request must be raised within the applicable return period

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


How to Request a Return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If you need a different size or product, please contact us before returning the item.

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.


Late or Missing Refunds
